Welcome to BerneCrest. By accessing our website, submitting an application, or placing a deposit for puppy reservations, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Information

BerneCrest is a responsible breeding program dedicated to raising high-quality Bernedoodle and Poodle puppies. All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time without notice.

Applications & Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or availability of a puppy. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion to ensure the best possible homes for our puppies.

Deposits & Reservations

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy or secure a place on our waitlist. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future litter at our discretion. Placement priority is generally determined by the order deposits are received.

Puppy Selection

Puppy selection typically occurs around 6–7 weeks of age. While selection order is honored, BerneCrest reserves the right to guide or make final placement decisions based on temperament, suitability, and the best interest of the puppy.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change at any time prior to receipt of a deposit. Once a deposit is received for puppy reservations, the agreed-upon price for that reservation will be honored.

Payments

Final payment is due prior to or at the time of puppy pickup/delivery. Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly.

Health & Veterinary Care

All puppies are provided with:

- Age-appropriate vaccinations

- Routine deworming

- A veterinary health check prior to going home

Buyers are responsible for continuing veterinary care after the puppy leaves our care.

Health Guarantee

A health guarantee is provided with each puppy. Specific terms and conditions of the guarantee will be outlined in the purchase agreement provided at the time of sale.

Pickup & Delivery

Puppies are typically ready to go home at approximately 8 weeks of age. Pickup and/or delivery arrangements must be made in advance. Any delivery services, if offered, may involve additional fees.

Right to Refuse Sale

BerneCrest reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.

Website Use

All content on this website—including text, images, and branding—is the property of BerneCrest and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BerneCrest is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or from the ownership of a puppy once it has left our care, except as outlined in the written health guarantee.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
